What You Need to Know When Your Child Turns 18: When your child turns 18, she/he/they will legally be considered an adult. Attorneys from the Shire Law Group will discuss your rights regarding access to their financial, medical, and educational records and what steps you can and will want to take to receive the proper authorization you may need.

Breaking the Mold: Exploring Non-Traditional Paths After High School: This session takes a deep dive into innovative post-graduation paths, with a special spotlight on the Gap Year experience for post high school students to embrace growth, discovery, and success beyond the classroom. Barb Kite, of the Gap Year Association, brings her 45 years of experience in education to uncover this path less traveled, which could unlock great growth and direction for your child.
