Please join us for a joyful and heartwarming evening as we come together for  Gratitude Shabbat, celebrating another incredible year in the life of our Jeremiah community! As we welcome Shabbat, we will also join in gratitude—thanking outgoing board members, welcoming new leadership, celebrating all our members whose generosity has gone above and beyond their annual membership commitment as well as our Covenant Society members, and recognizing our volunteers, including our longtime social justice champions, Sybil Stern and Lori Kash and our Volunteer of the Year, Hershy Pappadis. This special Kabbalat Shabbat will include a formal dedication of our beautiful High Holy Day Torah mantles, which are inscribed honoring our founders and cherished leaders of our community: Rabbi Allan Tarshish, Rabbi Robert Schreibman, Fern Kamen, Cantor Amy Zussman, Dr. Anne Lidsky, and Rabbi Paul Cohen. Let’s fill the sanctuary with gratitude, joy, and community spirit.
