Presented by our Social Justice Committee, two clinicians from Compass Health Center will lead a training/discussion re: Fostering Healthy Screen Habits in Kids and Teens. Handouts with tips and resources for parents will be provided. They will cover:

• The impact of screen use on mental health
• Indicators of overuse
• Limits and recommendations
• Balancing screens and real life.
