Family Promise

All Day for 7 DaysAre you looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity to do with your family or friends? Volunteering for Family Promise gives you the opportunity to bring food and share dinner with families experiencing housing insecurity while they stay at Temple Jeremiah. This is a great way to spend time with your family, friends, and other Temple Jeremiah congregants. Temple Jeremiah serves as host for Family Promise next from May 4th-11th and WE NEED YOUR HELP! First, come share in an evening of meaningful connection with our guests and other congregants! We have a menu planned for each night and we ask for two groups/families to sign up per night to bring the meal and stay and visit with our guests and other congregants. Food can be ordered or made at home, whatever is easiest for you. We don’t know the exact number of guests right now, but we expect 10 people each night including the guests and other congregants involved in this community meal. We will update you with numbers and information on dietary requirements the week before. To get involved, click here.
