Learn why little ones should spend most of their time on the floor or why it's important to prevent sitting in the W position. Mariam Pashtoonwar Butler DPT, OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2006. Dr. Butler has worked evaluating and treating pediatric physical therapy patients with a variety of diagnoses for almost 15 years. She earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialty (OCS), her Sports Certified Specialty (SCS), and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Mariam currently works as a clinician, and mentors in the Kaiser Permanente Ortho PT Residency Program. Dr. Butler joined West Coast University as adjunct faculty in 2018. She is also mom to two adorable kids!
